Broward Housing Solutions® provides independent, permanent, and supportive housing opportunities to persons diagnosed with mental illness and other disabling conditions in rental apartment units across Broward County.
Properties are accessible to transportation, shopping, employment opportunities and services. One, two and three bedroom properties are available in various cities, based on each tenants’ needs.
Through the referral and support of community-based mental health providers, Broward Housing Solutions® is able to offer affordable, subsidized rent to each tenant and their family for only 30 percent of their gross monthly income. Various programs and grants help supplement this program.
