The Wells Fargo Foundation awarded Broward Housing Solutions® $15,000 through its Veterans Win grant. These generous funds will be used for structural repairs to its four-plex property in Pompano Beach called Home for the Brave.

Established on November 11, 2016, BHS®’ Home for the Brave program provides affordable, permanent housing to veterans diagnosed with PTSD and severe persistent mental illness. The program has allowed veterans to have a safe place to live with their peers. Each resident receives case management to help them reach attainable goals, with the intention to reintegrate back into society, and become contributing citizen of society.
