Many of BHS’s properties are more than 30 years old, with some over 70 years old. As our housing portfolio ages, the need for significant repairs, renovations, and capital improvements continues to grow. From roofs and air-conditioning systems to plumbing, electrical systems, accessibility improvements, and other critical repairs, maintaining these properties requires ongoing investment.
