Help Feed a BHS family for Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving, while many of us gather around tables filled with warmth, comfort, and tradition, hundreds of individuals and families in Broward Housing Solutions® (BHS®) Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) programs are simply grateful to have a roof over their heads. After experiencing homelessness, trauma, and unimaginable hardship, they now have a stable place to call home—but the journey to full stability doesn’t end there.

For many of our residents, the cost of food—especially during the holidays—remains out of reach. That’s why we’re inviting you to help us bring the spirit of Thanksgiving directly to their doors.

With your support, we aim to provide Thanksgiving meals to individuals and families in our housing programs—ensuring they can enjoy a warm, nourishing meal without added financial stress. Whether it’s a single mom rebuilding her life, a veteran who’s finally off the streets, or an individual living with mental health challenges—your gift offers more than food. It offers dignity, celebration, and a sense of belonging.

How You Can Help

• $25 provides a full Thanksgiving meal for one individual
• $50 supports a small family with a complete holiday dinner
• $100 or more helps us prepare and deliver multiple meals to our residents
