David joined team BHS in July, 2017. After working in public accounting and earning his CPA certificate, David has held a number of positions ranging from Controller to Chief Operating Officer with several real estate oriented organizations. Specifically he has worked in the accounting, finance and operations area with companies focused on affordable housing, and as is familiar with many government programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Home and Section 8. He also has over 10 years’ experience working for Non-Profits, including a Community Development Organization in East Harlem focused on affordable housing and housing the homeless.
